The world of anime is truly fascinating, filled with various genres and stories to tell. Among them, the ecchi genre has been a fan favorite for a long time. So much so that there are special fanservice episodes in other genres of anime. So, just as we made a list of the best harem anime a while back, here are the 20+ Best Ecchi Anime of All Time (Recommendations)
20. The Familiar of Zero
In a world of wands, cloaks, and royalty, Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière is a self-absorbed mage. Despite attending Tristain Academy, a prestigious school for magicians, Louise has a major problem: she is unable to properly cast magic, earning her the nickname “Louise the Zero” from her classmates.
Louise’s summoning causes a catastrophic explosion when first-year students are required to perform a summoning ritual! Everyone thinks this is another failure, but when the smoke clears, a young man named Saito Hiraga appears. Saito, Louise’s companion, is now treated as a slave, forced to clean her clothes and eat from the ground. However, when an unfamiliar brand is discovered etched on Saito’s hand as a result of the summoning ritual, it is thought to be the mark of a powerful familiar named Gandalfr.
Zero no Tsukaima is a wild, adventurous, and explosive anime that follows Saito as he adjusts to his new life and Louise demonstrates that she is more than her nickname suggests.

However, when a beautiful, supernatural woman falls from the sky and into his life, the course of his seemingly bleak future is dramatically altered. Musubi is a one-of-a-kind being known as a “Sekirei,” a humanoid extraterrestrial with extraordinary abilities. These aliens are known for kissing humans with the Ashikabi gene to awaken additional latent powers deep within.
Recognizing the potential in the seemingly insignificant youth, Musubi kisses the befuddled Minato, forming a bond between them. This propels him into the high-stakes world of the Sekirei, where he and his new partner must compete against others in a survival battle known as the “Sekirei Plan.” However, the contestants are unaware that there is far more at stake than what the competition initially entailed.
18. Interspecies Reviewers
The world is home to a plethora of different races, ranging from perky fairies to oozing slimes. Naturally, such a diverse collection of creatures has a wide and enticing range of brothels. With so many options, it’s difficult to choose which succu-girl to have a meaningful, interpersonal experience with.
Fortunately, a small band of brave warriors has banded together to educate the public. Through hands-on research, these perverted adventurers assess the appeal of various types of succu-girls. The Yoruno Gloss reviewers leave no species behind, whether it’s the scorchingly hot salamanders or the utterly hu-moo-ngous cow-girls.
Ishuzoku Reviewers, directed by the man behind Miru Tights, seeks to answer one of the most pressing questions: which species is the sexiest?

But when these seemingly normal girls reveal themselves as demons—Basara is forced to reveal himself as a former member of a clan of “Heroes,” sworn enemies of the demons, to Mio, the former Demon Lord’s only daughter, and Maria, her trusted succubus servant. Basara, on the other hand, having begun to care for his new sisters, decides to protect them with his powers and forms a master-servant contract with Mio to keep watch over her.

All is not lost, however, because Arata can artificially reconstruct his world by using the magical grimoire given to him by his childhood friend and cousin Hijiri Kasuga.
Lilith Asami appears in front of Arata, whose artificial world suddenly disintegrates, to investigate the phenomenon. He has two options: hand over the book or die. Arata, on the other hand, chooses the third option: enrolling in the top-secret magic school Royal Biblia Academy, where he will be joined by six other magical users. These six, along with Lilith, form the Trinity Seven, the school’s elite who each bolster their own power and skill.
With the desire to save Hijiri and the assistance of his newfound friends, Arata will go to any length to save his beloved hometown and bring his best friend back.
15. Tsugumomo
A “tsukumogami” is a Japanese folklore term for an object that has gained a soul, becoming alive and self-aware. There are two kinds of tsukumogami: mature “tsugumomo,” which have evolved through years of harmony with their owners, and aberrant “amasogi,” which are premature spirits who are only born to grant the destructive wishes of certain people.
Kazuya Kagami has never left the house without his mother’s obi since her death. He keeps it safe with him at all times, whether at home or at school. When a wig amasogi attacks him one day, he almost loses his life. When everything appears to be over, his prized obi defends him by transforming into a beautiful girl. 13. To LOVE-Ru

To add to the confusion, Rito discovers that the girl, Lala Satalin Deviluke, is the crown princess of an alien empire who has fled her home. Despite her position as the heiress to the galaxy’s most powerful power, Lala is surprisingly willing to marry the decidedly ordinary Rito in order to avoid an unwanted political marriage.
To LOVE-Ru depicts Rito’s daily struggles with the strange chaos that begins with Lala’s arrival. To LOVE-Ru is a romantic comedy full of slapstick humor, sexy girls, and outlandishly lewd moments that defy the laws of physics, with an evergrowing legion of swooning beauties that constantly foil his attempted confessions to Haruna.
12. How NOT To Summon a Demon Lord
Nobody can match the power of the Demon King Diablo in the fantasy MMORPG Cross Reverie. Takuma cares about nothing but his virtual life, defeating hopeless challengers day after day—that is until a summoning spell suddenly transports him to another world where he has Diablo’s appearance!
Takuma is greeted in this new world that resembles his favorite game by the two girls who summoned him: Rem Galeu, a petite Pantherian adventurer, and Shera L. Greenwood, a busty Elf summoner. In an attempt to subjugate him, they perform an Enslavement Ritual, but the spell backfires, and they become his slaves instead. Takuma decides to accompany the girls in finding a way to unbind their contract while learning to adapt to his new life as the menacing Demon King, as the situation becomes more awkward than ever.

He transforms and carries her to safety after deciding to save her, but he drops his phone in the process.
The next day, Claire Aoki, the girl he saved, tracks him down and confronts him about his monster identity. She even pushes him off the school roof to prove her theory after Shuuichi denies her claims. He transforms in order to save himself, and Claire takes a picture of him in order to blackmail him into telling her everything he knows about monsters, which, ironically, isn’t much.

Satsuki bestows special clothes called “Goku Uniforms” on those at the top of the school’s brutally competitive hierarchy, which grants the wearer unique superhuman abilities.
Ryuuko retreats to her razed home after being severely beaten in a fight with one of the students in uniform, where she discovers Senketsu, a rare and sentient “Kamui,” or God Clothes. Senketsu awakens after coming into contact with Ryuuko’s blood, latching onto her and bestowing immense power upon her. Ryuuko now takes a stand against the Elite Four, armed with Senketsu and the Scissor Blade, hoping to reach Satsuki and finally find out who killed her father.

Nonetheless, he goes to great lengths to keep his unusual hobby hidden, believing that if it were revealed, he would be mocked.
Marin Kitagawa, an exceptionally beautiful girl whose confidence and poise contrast sharply with Gojou’s meekness, enters the picture. It would defy logic for the friendless Gojou to associate with Kitagawa, who is always surrounded by her peers. However, the unthinkable occurs when Kitagawa discovers Gojou’s sewing prowess and openly confesses to him about her own hobby: cosplay. She decides to enlist his assistance because her sewing skills are pitiful.

Unfortunately for him and the ladies, the Interspecies Exchange Act prohibits sexual interactions between species! The only exception is an experimental marriage provision. As the passionate, affectionate, and lustful women hound his every move, seeking his romantic and sexual affections, Kimihito’s life becomes fraught with an abundance of creature-specific caveats and sensitive interspecies law. With new species appearing all the time and events seemingly appearing out of nowhere, where Kimihito and his harem end up is anyone’s guess!
6. Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs
Yuragi-sou, once a hot springs inn and now a boarding house with ridiculously low rent, is almost deserted except for a few odd residents. According to legend, it is haunted by a vile ghost who scares away all potential tenants. As a result, it is the ideal refuge for Fuyuzora Kogarashi—a broke, homeless psychic looking for a place to stay and ghosts to exorcise.
Kogarashi prepares for a fight with the ghost, only to discover that it is not as evil as the rumors suggest. Instead, it is the ghost of a lovely silver-haired girl whose only memory of life before death is her name: Yuuna. Even more perplexing is the fact that the other tenants of Yuragi-sou not only see Yuuna, but each has their own supernatural ability.
Kogarashi attempts to uncover the regret that keeps Yuuna anchored to the world of the living, lest she becomes an evil spirit sentenced to spend her afterlife in hell, amidst the chaos caused by his eccentric fellow residents.
5. Date A Live

When an impending spatial quake threatens Tengu City’s safety, he rushes to save her, only to be caught in the ensuing eruption. Soon after, he becomes involved in a battle between the girl and the Anti-Spirit Team, a ruthless strike force dedicated to the annihilation of Spirits.
However, there is a third party who believes in the salvation of the spirits: “Ratatoskr,” which is surprisingly led by Shidou’s younger sister! Following the battle, Kotori forcibly recruits Shidou, offering him an alternative method of dealing with the Spirits’ threat—making them fall in love with him. Takashi and Rei soon join forces with other students on a journey to find their family members and discover what caused this massive pandemic. Saeko Busujima, the beautiful president of the Kendo Club, Kouta Hirano, an otaku with a gun fetish, Saya Takagi, the daughter of an influential politician, and Shizuka Marikawa, their hot school nurse, join them. Rather than following in his father’s footsteps, Souma enrolls at the prestigious Tootsuki Culinary Academy, where only 10% of students graduate. The school is well-known for its “Shokugeki,” which are intense cooking competitions between students that are frequently used to settle debates and arguments. Jouichirou tells Souma that he must outperform him in order to survive the next three years at Tootsuki and graduate.
The brutal curriculum and fiercely competitive student body of the academy await the young chef, who must learn to navigate the perilous environment if he hopes to realize his dreams. But is talent alone enough to propel him to the top?
