Warner Bros. Japan has released an updated PV trailer for Record of Ragnarok Season 2 that includes character dialogue. New cast members were revealed in the updated trailer, including Tomokazu Sugita as Jack the Ripper, Katsuyuki Konishi as Hercules, Subaru Kimura as Raiden Tameemon, and Yuichi Nakamura as Buddha.
Masao Okubo directed Ragnarok Season 2 with series composer Kazuyuki Fudeyasu and character designer Masaki Satou. Yuka Yamada (composer of the Slow Loop series) will join as a co-composer. Furthermore, the new season is a collaboration between Graphinica and Yumeta Company from the first season. The second season will premiere on Netflix in 2023.

Record of Ragnarok” is the story of 13 gods from across the globe and 13 of the world’s most notable humans fighting it out in one-on-one battles to decide the fate of humanity. Based on the manga created by Azychika, Shinya Umemura, and Takumi Fukui, an earnest battle of transcendental rage begins!
