A new PV trailer for the upcoming Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch! anime series has been released. On April 3, 2023, the second season of the Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear series will be released.
Throughout the second season, the heroine Yuna meets a variety of new characters, as seen in the trailer.
Maki Kawase as Yuna, Azumi Waki as Fina, Rina Hidaka as Noire Foschurose, and Inori Minase as Shia Foschurose are among the main voice actors.
The first season’s production team is returning for the second season. Yuu Nobuta is the series director, Hisashi Ishii is the series screenwriter, Yuuki Nakano is the character designer and chief animation director, Mimika Iwa is the colour designer, and Shigeo Komori is the music composer. EMT Squared is once again in charge of the anime’s animation production.
Hariu Katsufumi (Slow Start) is the art director, and Youichirou Satou (White Album 2) is the photography director.
The anime is based on Kumanano’s light novels, which he wrote and illustrated. It is published under Shufu to Seikatsusha’s PASH Books label and has nineteen volumes, including a short story anthology, as of October 2022. Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the light novels as well as the manga adaptations in English.
Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear’s first 12-episode season aired from October 7, 2020, to December 23, 2020.
Before Crunchyroll transferred the series to its platform, Funimation streamed the anime as it aired. The synopsis is as follows:
Yuna is not your average 15-year-old. First and foremost, she is extremely wealthy as a result of her stock market investments. Second, she’s a recluse who is obsessed with a VRMMO game, and she’s very good at it. Her life is almost perfect—until she wakes up inside the game she loves, back at level one. She has to restart, but this time she has a powerful bear suit that will take her places!
