According to the 2.1 Livestream, Honkai: Star Rail 2.1 is scheduled to be released on March 27, 2024. While the exact launch time has not been officially confirmed, previous updates indicate that it will be around 11:00 AM (UTC+8). This means that the server will most likely go down for maintenance at 6:00 a.m. (UTC+8) to prepare for the update.

The servers may come up early or late, depending on how maintenance goes, but these are the estimated times 2.1 should go live. Hoyoverse is usually pretty good about sticking to maintenance schedules. We don’t usually get extended maintenance, but it can end early!
New Content in Honkai: Star Rail 2.1
New Characters:
Version 2.1 introduces the characters Acheron, Aventurine, and Gallagher for play, though Aventurine will not be available until later in the patch.

- Luocha:Â 5-star Imaginary Character following the path of Abundance.
- Phase 2:
- Aventurine:Â 5-star Imaginary Character following the path of Preservation

New Story Content & New Simulated Universe World:
Along with these characters, we’ll delve deeper into Penacony’s mysterious story and discover what’s going on in this supposed wonderland. The simulated Universe will also receive a ninth world, complete with more spheres and link ropes to farm to power up your characters.
Several events take place throughout the patch, including “Cosmodyssey” (a board game), “Vignettes in a Cup” (a bartending game), and “Tides of War” (a combat challenge).
