The fall 2022 anime season is nearly over, and what a fantastic year it was for anime fans! From new anime like Spy x Family, Chainsaw Man, and The Eminence in Shadow to returning anime like Attack on Titan, Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War, Classroom of the Elite, and Made in Abyss 2022, we were treated to a lot of fantastic shows.
But you know what else is a lot? The amount of anime coming out in Winter 2023 (January). A great number of anime have already been announced for 2023 and among the ones announced so far, there are plenty that you are sure to be excited for!

When Atsushi Nakajima, a young man, is kicked out of the orphanage, he meets Osamu Dazai. Dazai is a member of an agency staffed by people with supernatural powers inspired by literature.
Tomo-chan Is a Girl!
Tomo Aizawa and Junichirou “Jun” Kubota are the most inseparable brothers you’ve ever seen. They spar and roughhouse but have each other’s back through thick and thin. But there’s one small problem: Tomo is madly in love with Jun!

Himuro has a soft spot for his coworker Fuyutsuki, a calm woman with a knack for providing simple solutions to his unusual problems. When Fuyutsuki does something nice for Himuro, a snowstorm of emotions builds inside him, and he fails to notice the raging snowstorm he creates on the office floor.
Himuro’s emotions are visible to everyone except Fuyutsuki due to his snowy tantrums. Himuro, on the other hand, is driven by intense adoration and desire and is willing to go to any length to win her heart.

Tsurune is returning for a second season. Kyoto Animation, which animated the first season, is animating the second season.
When Narumiya Minato starts at Prefectural Kazemai High School, the club’s advisor, Tommy-sensei, quickly invites him to join the archery club. Takehaya Seiya and Yamanouchi Ryohei, his childhood friends, quickly agree to join, but Minato is hesitant at first.
Because Minato is a rare student with archery experience, Tommy-sensei orders him to demonstrate, which Minato does…except his arrow misses the target. It is revealed that Minato has developed a terrible archery dysfunction.

This is how the story always ends, with an ending programmed into the game MagiKoi.

When the two come across Shirogane, a talking white cat, they are unaware that it is a four-hundred-year-old ayakashi known as the “King of Ayakashi.” He is hell-bent on gaining even more power by devouring Suzu, but when Matsuri intervenes to save her by sealing Shirogane’s powers, the ayakashi uses a Jutsu to transform himself into a girl instead!
Matsuri, Suzu’s best friend, vows to protect her from further harm, but he must learn how to act like a girl until his grandfather, a famous wind Jutsu exorcist ninja, can undo the jutsu. Meanwhile, now that Matsuri is no longer a boy, Suzu must sort out her romantic feelings for him. However, when Matsuri adopts the king as his pet, the future of the two friends appears to be in jeopardy.

High Card is a secret group of players who have been directly ordered by the king of Fourland to collect the cards scattered throughout the kingdom while moonlighting as employees of the luxury carmaker Pinochle. Finn, who has been scouted to be the group’s fifth member, soon joins the players on a dangerous mission to find these cards.

Kubo, on the other hand, likes to tease him on a daily basis and frequently puts him in unusual and nerve-racking situations. However, as Kubo’s playful antics continue to engross the hesitant Shiraishi, he may soon discover that his youth was not as dull as he thought.
Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World
The plot begins with Nick, an experienced adventurer whose party is led by Argus, his mentor, and father figure. Following the completion of their most recent job, Nick discovers that a portion of the money has gone missing and realizes that one of the party members is responsible. Argus, to his surprise, forgives the member and instead expels Nick after being accused of embezzling funds as well.
Nick ends up in a local tavern one night after several weeks in a downward spiral, where fate leads him to meet three other adventurers. After a night of drinking, the four bond over their own betrayals and their loss of trust in others. This is when Nick comes up with the idea for the four of them to form a party.
Thus, the story begins with a group of adventurers who are united in their belief that humans are a bunch of jerks and want to make some honest coin…
Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill
Mukouda Tsuyoshi, 27, is transported into a fantasy world with three other heroes to save a kingdom from a mysterious threat. Tsuyoshi, on the other hand, is clearly dragged into the summoning ritual by accident. His only skill turns out to be “Food Menu,” which allows him to open an interface where he can buy and obtain modern Japanese supermarket items.
Tsuyoshi is kicked out of the palace and sets out on his own into his new world. However, his ability to create delectable dishes unknown to this world quickly pays off, attracting the legendary wolf Fenrir. Fenrir is so enamored with the food that he immediately enters into a contract with Tsuyoshi and becomes familiar. Tsuyoshi, accompanied by this whimsical mythical being, takes up a job as a merchant and adventurer, traveling and cooking up delectable meals that never fail to amaze the inhabitants of this world.

Regardless, the self-proclaimed god sends Seiichi to the parallel world and allows him to join his peers. Unfortunately, this fateful ordeal leads Seiichi to a location deep in the forest, far away not only from his classmates but also from human civilization.
Seiichi’s miserable days seem to worsen as he desperately searches for a way to change his situation. When all seems lost, Seiichi discovers a strange fruit known as the “Fruit of Evolution,” which may be his first step toward a much brighter future.

The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten
Amane Fujimiya expects a girl sitting in the rain to return his umbrella after catching a cold by giving it to her. However, Mahiru Shiina, Amane’s school’s “Angel” and neighbor, gives him much more than that. Instead of just returning the umbrella, she insists on helping him recover from his cold. D4DJ All Mix is returning for a second season. SANZIGEN who animated the first season is returning for season 2.
Rinku Aimoto, who has spent the majority of her life in Africa, is returning to Japan to attend Yoba Academy, a school where DJ units—groups comprised of DJs, vocalists, and dancers—are extremely popular. She meets Maho Akashi, an aspiring DJ who teaches Rinku the fundamentals of DJing. The girls are inspired after seeing a performance by Yoba’s famous DJ unit Peaky P-key and decide to form their own unit.
Rinku and Maho quickly enlist the help of Muni Oonaruto, a talented artist and childhood friend of Rinku’s, as well as Rei Togetsu, a shy and caring pianist. The group, renamed Happy Around, hopes to use its members’ growing friendships and combined talents to become one of the country’s top DJ units.

During the day, the Egyptian gods take their jobs very seriously. However, in their spare time, the deities enjoy themselves as much as they can by partaking in a wide range of activities. Toutotsu ni Egypt Shin gives insight into the energetic lives of the gods and the sudden chaos they find themselves in on a daily basis.
