A TV anime adaptation of Mikito Chinen’s Ameku Takao’s Detective Karte (Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte) medical mystery novel series has been announced with a teaser visual & promo video.
Ameku Takao’s Detective Karte, first published in 2014 and later adapted into a manga by Hiroki Ohara, follows a super-intelligent doctor working in Tenikai General Hospital’s general diagnosis department, tackling patients’ unidentifiable ailments and other mysteries brought to her keen eyes.
Information about the staff, cast, and release date are yet to be revealed.
Shinchosha published 13 volumes between its first release in 2014 and 2022. Jitsugyo no Nihonsha announced in October 2023 that it would release three new volumes and 13 kanzenbans over the course of seven consecutive months.
