A new “season visual” for the upcoming Keikenzumi na Kimi to, Keiken Zero na Ore ga, Otsukiaisuru Hanashi anime adaptation has been released. The illustration, dubbed the “sea bathing visual,” depicts Runa Shirakawa, Nikoru Yamana, and Akari Tanikita in swimsuits standing on a beach.
Natsuki Hanae and Saori Oonishi are voicing Ryuto and Runa, respectively. Meanwhile, other cast members include Aoi Koga as Maria Kurose, Ayaka Fukuhara as Nikoru, Tomori Kusunoki as Akari, Fukushi Ochiai as Yuusuke Ijichi, Daisuke Sakaguchi as Ren Nishina, and Tomoaki Maeno as Shogo Sekiya.
As for the cast, Hideaki Ooba (Love of Kill) is directing the KimiZero anime with Hiroko Fukuda (Taisho Otome Fairy Tale) as series composer, Yousuke Itou (Management of a Novice Alchemist) as character designer, and Kei Haneoka as music composer. Studio ENGI is producing the anime.
Keikenzumi na Kimi to, Keiken Zero na Ore ga, Otsukiaisuru Hanashi is set to start broadcasting this October. The anime is based on the KADOKAWA-published teen romance light novel series written by Makiko Nagaoka and illustrated by Magako, which follows the romance of the gloomy Ryuto Kashima and the popular Runa, who end up dating after the former is forced to confess to the latter in a punishment game.
As of March 2023, there are six volumes of light novels published under the Fantasia Bunko label. The first volume will be released in 2020.
