The light novel series “The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady” is being adapted into an anime that is set to be released in 2023. A trailer and teaser visual have been released.
Shingo Tamaki (Ahiru no Sora, Aho-Girl) is directing the yuri fantasy anime, with series composer Wataru Watari (My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU author) and character designer Naomi Ide (Riddle Story of Devil). The animation production company is Diomedéa.

Meanwhile, Sayaka Senbongi plays Anisphere/Anis in The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady, and Manaka Iwami plays Euphylia/Euphy.
The Kadokawa-published light novel series, written by Piero Karasu and illustrated by Yuri Kisaragi, began in 2020 and will release its fifth volume on August 20, 2022. It is distributed by the Fantasia Bunko label.
Harutsugu Nadaka’s manga adaptation debuted in 2020 and will release its fourth tankoubon vol. on August 26, 2022. In 2019, the story began as a web novel on Shousetsuka ni Narou.

Yen Press, which publishes both the light novels and manga of Magical Revolution in English, describes the plot as:
Despite her supposed ineptitude with regular magic, Princess Anisphia defies the aristocracy’s expectations by developing “magicology,” a unique magical theory based on memories from her past life. One day, she witnesses the brilliant noblewoman Euphyllia unjustly stripped of her title as the kingdom’s next monarch. That’s when Anisphia concocts a plan to help Euphyllia regain her good name-which somehow involves them living together and researching magic! Little do these two ladies know, however, that their chance encounter will alter not only their own futures but those of the kingdom…and the entire world!
