Following the conclusion of Solo Leveling a few months ago and with the introduction of Sung Jin-Woo’s son Sung Su-Ho in the ongoing side stories, fans have been eagerly awaiting for what’s next. And now, the wait is almost over.
Set to begin serialization on April 10, 2023, “Solo Leveling: Ragnarok” promises to be just as exciting and action-packed as its predecessor. And while the story will follow Sung Jin-Woo’s son, Sung Su-Ho, fans can rest assured that the new series will still be penned by Chugong, the original Solo Leveling web novel author.
Of course, many fans are wondering how the new series will look without the original artist, Dubu, who sadly isn’t with us anymore While the art may differ slightly from the original, the project will be overseen by Redice Studio, whose CEO was Dubu. This means that the visual world of “Solo Leveling: Ragnarok” will continue to be created by artists who have collaborated with Dubu and understand his vision for the series.
If you need any more proof that “Solo Leveling: Ragnarok” is legit, check out the countdown on the Kakao website, which is set to end on April 10, 2023. This gives fans just enough time to get excited about the new series and prepare for what promises to be another epic adventure.
Mark your calendars and prepare to return to the world of hunters, monsters, and magic. The Solo Leveling universe shows no signs of slowing down, with an anime adaptation and a game adaptation in the works. Fans can expect even more excitement, thrills, and heart-pounding action with the upcoming release of “Solo Leveling: Ragnarok.”
Aside from the spin-off manhwa, the Solo Leveling franchise is working on two major projects:
Solo Leveling Anime
A-1 Pictures is hard at work on a Solo Leveling anime adaptation. The series is scheduled to premiere in January 2024.
Solo Leveling Game
Netmarble is currently working on “Solo Leveling: Arise,” an action RPG that will be available on both PC and mobile platforms. While the exact release date is unknown, the game is set to be released in 2023.
