TONIKAWA: Over the Moon Seifuku OVA episode has received a new key visual from Warner Bros. Japan. Tsukasa is dressed in a school uniform and is carrying a plushie Nasa in the artwork. It was supposed to be released in the summer of 2022, however it has been pushed back to the fall of 2022.
TONIKAWA: Over the Moon for You ~SNS~, the first OVA episode, was released on Crunchyroll on August 17, 2021. The episode featured Tsukasa receiving a new smartphone.
A second season is now in the works, and more information will be released at a later date. Seven Arcs is in charge of the animation production, with key staff members returning: director Hiroshi Ikehata, series composer Kazuho Hyodo, character designer Masakatsu Sasaki, and sound director Satoshi Motoyama.
Nasa Yuzaki, the protagonist of the romantic comedy, falls in love with a mystery girl named Tsukasa. Nasa professed his feelings after their first encounter, but Tsukasa responds, “I’ll date you, but only if we’re married.”
